Comprehensive bike fitting services is available by appointment at our showroom in Abbeyfeale , County Limerick.

As a qualified fitness instructor and with 15 years in the bike sales and repair business, I have the experience and skill to provide you with a excellent bike fitting. 

The process involves an interview to assess your cycling needs, a physical assessment where I will determine your range of motion and flexibility. I’ll have a look at how your cycling shoes are working with your bike, I’ll look at your starting position, your lower and upper body set-up.  
 

Bike fitting is by appointment, please call me on 068- 32738 to discuss your needs and make an appointment. Please note there is a charge for this service as a proper bike fitting will take in the region of 1-2 hours.
